I just ordered this book - available on Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.de -- from the UK Amazon. It is not available from Amazon.com. Petra Kleinpenning also edited the wonderful The Correspondence of the Empress Alexandra of Russia with Ernst Ludwig and Eleonore, Grand Duke and Duchess of Hesse. 1878-1916, which is a must have for every Romanov collection. Both books are from Print on Demand publishers but the first book is now out of print, but there are copies available for sale at Amazon and Amazon.co.uk
